1. The Company's Liablity
Every effort is made by HEATHROW PARK 4 U and our trained staff, to make the Car Park secure and to collect and deliver customers' cars safely to and from Heathrow Airport. The Company assumes that you will retain the return instructions/numbered receipt for your car in a safe place ready to present on your return.
2. Booking Confirmation
a)We confirm bookings made by e-mail (bookings@heathrowpark4u.co.uk) or over the phone by issuing a booking confirmation sheet.
3. Cancelling a booking
a) You may cancel a meet and greet booking for any reason, including not accepting these conditions, up to 48 hours before the booking period begins and you will receive a full refund.
b) If  you cancel the booking with less than 24 hours no refund will be given. Subject to our discretion. If you fail to turn up you will be charged full booking fee.
c) Please inform us of cancellation by email or phone.
4. Prices and Payments
a) The price is in pounds sterling including VAT as applicable.
b) Any daily charges quoted are for a calendar day (with part of a day calculated as one day) unless indicated otherwise.
c) You can pay for your booking using an approved payment card when you make the booking.
d) Once a booking is confirmed the price is fixed.
5. Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for the safe and punctual pick up and drop off your vehicle.
6. Exclusion and limits of our responsibility
We will not accept legal responsibility for the following:
a) loss or damage covered by your own insurance;(once your vehicle is in our possession any damage that can be proved to be consequence of our negligence we will take responsibility for, but any other incidents will be covered by you own insurance.)
b) any indirect loss as a result of damage or loss (such as loss of earnings);
7. Complaints procedure
Claims cannot be considered once Vehicles have left the airport having been returned by the HEATHROW PARK 4 U driver to its owner so please check your car before leaving the terminal. Should your Vehicle suffer damage whilst in the care of HEATHROW PARK 4 U or its driver or should you lose the Vehicle or any of your possessions from the Vehicle whilst it is in HEATHROW PARK 4 U care you must immediately inform the driver of the occurrence. In cases of theft, you must immediately inform the Police and notify your insurers promptly. For all complaints please contact the company through the website or phone 0208 893 2008.
8.Changing the Conditions
Nobody can change these conditions unless the change is made in writing with our permission.
